After nearly two decades of caring for clients at our 17th Avenue location, we are thrilled to share that Preventous Collaborative Health will be moving to a new home in April 2027.
The new location is being designed around the way we care today: more room for our clients and teams, closer collaboration between the people behind your care, and a space that reflects the standard of healthcare we already deliver.

Our current home has been part of the Preventous story for many years. This move gives us the opportunity to create a space that better reflects the quality and level of healthcare our teams already provide.
It is a new setting built from nearly 20 years of experience, while preserving the relationships, coordination and personal care our clients know.

The way people think about their health is changing — and so is the care they expect. We are building Preventous around what healthcare should be today and where it is heading: proactive, personal, and connected across every part of a person's health.
Our new home is designed with that shift in mind — a clinic built not only for the care we provide now, but for how care will continue to grow with our clients and the field.

Preventous plans to move in April 2027. We will share the confirmed opening date and transition schedule well in advance.
Where is the new location?
Our new home will be at 560 69 Ave SW, Calgary, AB T2V 2H1 — the same building that already houses XONE Performance. Members are welcome to stop by and see the space anytime.
Will my provider and care team be moving?
Yes. Your Preventous providers and care team are moving with the clinic.
Will my care or services change?
No. The move changes our location, not the care you receive. Your existing Preventous services and personalized approach will continue at the new clinic.
Do I need to do anything now?
No. Please continue attending your scheduled appointments at the 17th Avenue clinic until we contact you with the confirmed transition date and instructions.
