A healthy refreshing treat.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup low-fat chocolate milk
- 1 1/2 cup ice
- 1/3 cup tofu (firm or medium-firm)
- 3/4 cup banana slices
- 2 teaspoons instant coffee (decaf or regular)
Directions:
In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!
