Summer Mocha Smoothie

A  healthy refreshing treat.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup low-fat chocolate milk
  • 1 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/3 cup tofu (firm or medium-firm)
  • 3/4 cup banana slices
  • 2 teaspoons instant coffee (decaf or regular)

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Blend until smooth. Enjoy!

Serves one.
