Athletic Therapy is the prevention, assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and emergency care of acute and chronic musculoskeletal athletic injuries.
Athletic Therapists use a combination of manual therapies and a functional approach to injury rehabilitation to work towards helping you return to doing what you love to your pre-injury state.
Whether it’s a new injury, an old one that hasn’t quite healed or pain with an unknown cause, Certified Athletic Therapists treat and rehabilitate all types of musculoskeletal injuries. With extensive education and training in the areas of the musculoskeletal system, exercise physiology and biomechanics, Athletic Therapists create an individualized plan to address your specific injury and need
Athletic Therapists use a functional approach to injury rehabilitation to work towards helping you return to doing what you love at your pre-injury state. Rehabilitation with an athletic therapist may include biomechanical assessment, exercise prescription, manual therapy techniques, postural corrections and the use of various modalities. You don’t have to be an athlete to see a Certified Athletic Therapist, anyone with a body that moves can benefit from Athletic Therapy!

Athletic Therapy Assessment
A complete assessment of a new injury, an old one that hasn’t quite healed or pain with an unknown cause. Includes treatment, rehabilitation and creation of an individualized plan that addresses your specific injury needs.
Athletic Therapy Visit
After your Athletic Therapy Assessment, our Athletic Therapist will continue to work with you to treat and rehabilitate your injury.

Athletic Therapy Visit + Shockwave Therapy

Laser Therapy
Laser therapy is a non-invasive medical treatment that uses light energy to stimulate the healing process and reduce inflammation. Involves application of laser therapy to the injured area.
15 minute Session.
Shockwave Therapy
Shockwave therapy is a non-invasive medical treatment that produces acoustic wave pulsations to accelerate tissue repair and cell growth. Involves application of shockwave therapy to the injured area.

Concussion Assessment
After a suspected concussion, assessment of both physical and cognitive brain function. Concussion assessment testing can be very helpful in monitoring recovery progression. Includes assistance with returning to normal activities and treatment of any associated neck pain.
Concussion Follow-Up
After your concussion assessment, our Athletic Therapist will continue to monitor your concussion symptoms, treat any associated neck pain and assist you with your return to normal activities.
Concussion Baseline Testing
Baseline concussion testing consists of both physical and cognitive tests that provide a pre-injury baseline of healthy brain function.
